If a package is marked “Delivered” on your status, please first check your order to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. If the address provided was correct, please contact the local post office responsible for delivering the package. After describing the situation and providing tracking, they will be able to assist you in recovering your package.
MXM is responsible for orders until they leave our facility ONLY. Once tracking is received by the customer, please contact the shipping company directly as it is between the customer and shipping company to ensure all goods arrive safely.
